TOPIK format
EPS-TOPIK Reading (work in Korea)
20 questions, 25 minutes, 50 points (2.5 each): pictures and situations, vocabulary and grammar, workplace safety signs and notices, short texts.
TOPIK I Reading (levels 1-2)
40 questions (31-70), 60 minutes, 100 points: topic, gap fill, notices and messages, main idea, sentence order, short texts. Each question 2 or 3 points, as in the official table.
TOPIK II Reading (levels 3-6)
50 questions, 70 minutes, 100 points (2 each): grammar, ads and graphs, newspaper headlines, the topic of a text, sentence insertion, long essays and fiction.
Pictures and graphs as text
The exam’s pictures, notices, ads and graphs are given as Korean text - with the same numbers and facts.
Listening and Writing - later
The audio questions come with Korean audio, the 4 TOPIK II written tasks (51-54) with AI scoring.

TOPIK questions
Is this the official TOPIK?
No. Trylab is a practice platform. TOPIK is run by Korea’s NIIED (topik.go.kr). Our questions are original material in the exam’s format, not official items.
How is TOPIK different from EPS-TOPIK?
EPS-TOPIK is for work in Korea (HRD Korea, out of 100). TOPIK is the general language test with levels 1-6 for study, visas, jobs and university. Trylab has both, in separate sections.
Which level does my result give me?
None - it is an estimate for Reading only: how many of 100 points you get and which question types you miss. Levels come from the total: TOPIK I - level 1 from 80, level 2 from 140 (of 200); TOPIK II - levels 3-6 from 120, 150, 190, 230 (of 300).
EPS-TOPIK: what score do I need to pass?
The official site lists a total out of 100 (Reading 50 + Listening 50) and a minimum per sector: manufacturing 60, other sectors 45. That is only the floor - candidates above it are ranked by score, so aim as high as you can.
Where are Listening and Writing?
Only Reading for now. Listening needs Korean audio and TOPIK II Writing needs AI scoring - we will add them when they are ready.
The questions are in Korean - what if I don’t understand?
Every question has an explanation in Uzbek: why the answer is right, where the text says it and the meaning of the key words and grammar.
