01What we collect
You sign up through our Telegram bot. It asks for and stores your first and last name, birth month and year, where you live (region and district), your phone number (only if you tap «Raqamni yuborish» yourself) and where you heard about Trylab. From Telegram we get your account ID and username. There is no password. When you take tests we store your answers, results and the text transcript of your Speaking answers. Audio recordings are never sent to or stored on our servers.
02How we use it
To calculate results, show analytics, manage your plan and improve the service. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
03AI scoring
On Pro and Max, Writing texts and Speaking transcripts are sent to an AI provider (Anthropic) to be scored. They are used only for scoring.
04Storage and security
Data is stored on a secured server. To sign in, the bot sends a one-time code that works for 1 minute; codes are stored only as hashes and sessions use secure cookies. The bot only sends sign-in codes and messages about your studies.
05Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data - contact us on Telegram or by email.
