01General
This document is a public offer by TRYLAB LLC (the Provider) under the Civil Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan to enter into an agreement for paid use of the trylab.uz platform. Anyone who pays for a plan (the User) fully and unconditionally accepts these terms. The agreement is deemed concluded in writing.
02Subject
The Provider gives the User the right to use the trylab.uz online platform for the chosen plan and period: exam-prep tests, result analysis, explanations and the other features of the plan (including AI scoring of Writing and Speaking). The service is digital; no physical goods are delivered.
03Price and payment
Plan prices and features are listed in so‘m at trylab.uz/en/narxlar. The Provider is not a VAT payer; prices exclude VAT. Payment is made through the Rahmat Pay payment system with Uzcard or Humo cards or the Payme, Click and Uzum apps. An electronic fiscal receipt is issued for every payment. Card details are entered on the payment system's page and are not passed to the Provider. There are no automatic charges: each period is paid separately.
04How the service is provided
The plan switches on automatically as soon as the payment succeeds and lasts the chosen period (1 month = 30 days). When it ends, the account returns to the free plan; results and history are kept. Sign-in uses a one-time code from the Telegram bot.
05Refunds
If the plan's paid features (a new paid test, AI scoring) were not used within 3 days of payment, the full amount is refunded. If a technical fault on the Provider's side made the service unavailable for more than 24 hours, the User may choose an extension of the plan or a refund for the unused days. Refund requests go to [email protected] or Telegram @trylab_support. Money is returned to the paying card within 10 working days (bank timing may differ).
06Obligations
The Provider keeps the service running, activates paid plans on time and answers requests. The User does not share the account or the sign-in code, does not copy or redistribute test materials and does not attempt to break the system. On a breach the Provider may block the account without a refund.
07Liability
Scores on the platform are estimates and don't guarantee an official exam result. The Provider is not liable for faults of the User's internet, device or third-party services. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount the User paid.
08Personal data
User data is processed under the Privacy policy at trylab.uz/en/privacy.
09Disputes
Disputes are settled by negotiation first: requests are answered within 10 working days. Failing agreement, the dispute goes to court under the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
10Term and changes
The offer takes effect when published at trylab.uz/oferta. The Provider may change the terms; a new version applies from its publication date and does not affect periods already paid for.
